I used my baby blanket pattern that is posted on this blog and on my Ravelry site, but changed the border and the yarn color - turned out adorable. Crochet Baby Blanket Pattern
I also used my baby booties and mittens patterns which are also on this blog and Ravelry - just changed the yarn color and added pink ribbon on the toes. Crochet Baby Mittens / Crochet Baby Booties-Socks
The Headband I made up as I went along, didn't write it down.
